Between 2004-2012, Keith Abraham was a member of the UK Army's elite Parachute Regiment. Serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, his experiences became the catalyst for a great change. Violence, heartbreak and the deaths of so many friends showed him the limits of his chosen lifestyle - one of anger, conflict, frustration and
brute force endurance.
After leaving the military, while working for J.P. Morgan in Canary Wharf, Keith was introduced to the Internal Martial Arts. Through these practices, Keith developed a different approach to dealing with strong emotions and challenging situations. Instead of simply enduring stress and anxiety, he learned to become sensitive to his body and mind. This enabled him to find the root causes of his anxieties and heal from them.
After years of developing clarity of mind and sensitivity to his body, Keith has recorded and mapped out his own healing process, which now enables him to offer this same process to others.
Where he was once aggressive, frustrated and quick to anger, Keith became calmer and more resilient.
