Developing Personal Resilience
(Four-Week Foundation Level Course)
This four-week foundation course is designed to develop your personal resilience by introducing practical skills aimed at helping relieve anxiety, depression and other mental/emotional health issues.
If you are interested in increasing your psychological and emotional resilience and living a more joyful, rewarding life, then join me online for our first class on April 9th at 10am. The course will then continue each Thursday morning for four weeks. Each class is just £5.00, payable via the link below.
The content of this course is progressive. It is NOT a drop-in class. If you are unable to make the first class on April 9th, you are advised to wait for the start of the next course.
This is a classroom-based course that focuses on practical skills, so please have a notepad and pen available to take notes.
